Terms of Use
This text may be updated as it completes legal review; we announce material changes by notifying your account email address and publishing them on this page.
Effective date: 23 October 2026
This English version is provided for information only; the Turkish text is binding.

By signing in to the Service you accept these terms. How your personal data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Disclosure Notice. If you start a paid subscription, the Distance Sales Agreement and Pre-Contractual Information Form also forms part of the agreement.
2. Definitions
- Artifact: content of the HTML, Docs, Slides, Design, Dashboard or Design System type published on the Service.
- Owner: the account that created the Artifact.
- Agent: an AI command-line tool that the user runs on their own computer or account and connects to the Service through MCP (for example Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot CLI, Antigravity).
- Enterprise integration: an organization connecting the Service to its own product in order to create and display Artifacts on behalf of its own users.
3. Account and sign-in
The Service is intended for persons aged 18 or over; a paid subscription requires a payment card. If you are under 18, do not use the Service.
Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your email address. The code is valid for 10 minutes. Cloudflare Turnstile verification runs on the sign-in screen to prevent automated abuse. Providing a display name is optional.
The API tokens you create to connect your Agent give access to your account. Do not share tokens or sign-in codes with anyone; when they are no longer needed, or if you suspect they have been compromised, revoke the token from the profile screen and notify us. You are responsible for actions taken through your account, except for unauthorized use that occurs without your fault.
4. How the Service works
The Service lets you publish content produced by your Agent as Artifacts, share them, edit them live with others, write comments, and ask the Agent questions through an Artifact. User content is served from a domain separate from the application’s domain (<key>.blinkusercontents.com).
No AI model runs on the Service’s servers. Questions asked to the Agent in an Artifact are answered by the Artifact Owner’s own Agent. That Agent works with the third-party AI provider chosen by the Owner, under that provider’s own terms. Your relationship with that provider is outside the Service; we do not produce, monitor or endorse the responses generated by the Agent.
5. Free plan and paid subscription
On the free plan you can have at most 3 active Artifacts at the same time. The paid subscription costs USD 5 per month on the monthly plan or USD 48 per year on the yearly plan and starts with a 7-day trial that requires a card; the trial is granted once per user. The fees do not include taxes; applicable taxes are added at payment based on your billing address. Payments are collected through Stripe. The subscription renews automatically every month or every year, depending on the plan you chose, until you cancel.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Stripe Customer Portal; your access continues until the end of the paid period. When you reach the free plan limit, you cannot create new Artifacts; you can keep editing your existing ones. When the subscription ends and you have more than 3 active Artifacts, editing is disabled until you subscribe again or reduce your active Artifacts to 3; your Artifacts remain viewable in read-only mode.
Before starting the subscription you are asked to approve the Pre-Contractual Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement and to accept that the subscription starts immediately. Because the Service is performed instantly in electronic form, there is no right of withdrawal for the subscription fee paid; if you cancel during the trial period, no fee is charged. Details on price, trial, renewal and the right of withdrawal are set out in the Distance Sales Agreement and Pre-Contractual Information Form.
6. Sharing and collaboration
You can share an Artifact with specific people by email invitation, assigning each a role, or by link. The link role can be view, comment or edit; you can optionally protect the link with a password. People who are not signed in can only view the Artifact.
You decide who an Artifact is open to. Bear in mind that everyone who reaches the link can see the content, and that people you give edit permission to can change the content.
The name, last view time and view count of signed-in viewers are shown to the Artifact Owner.
7. Ownership of content and licence
You keep the rights to the content you upload to the Service or produce with your Agent. So that we can provide the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence, limited solely to providing the Service, to host, store, back up, technically process (for example format conversion) and display the content to the people you share it with. This licence ends when the content is deleted and the retention periods stated in the Privacy Policy have expired.
You agree that you hold the necessary rights in the content you publish and that the content does not infringe the rights of third parties. Comments you write on other people’s Artifacts and content you add become part of that Artifact; they may remain in that Artifact even if you delete your account.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- publish content that is unlawful under applicable law or facilitate an unlawful act,
- publish a phishing page or collect information by impersonating another person or organization,
- distribute malware or harm other people’s devices or systems,
- infringe others’ intellectual property, personality or personal data rights,
- attempt to bypass the Service’s security measures, rate limits or access controls, or send requests at a volume that would disrupt the Service.
9. Abuse reports, suspension and removal
You can report to us an Artifact that you believe violates these terms by using the abuse report within the Service.
In case of a breach of these terms, a legal obligation, or a need to protect the security of the Service and its users, we may disable access to an Artifact, remove content or suspend an account. People who try to open an Artifact disabled for a legal reason see an “unavailable for legal reasons” response (HTTP 451). To the extent the circumstances permit, we notify the Artifact Owner of the reason for the action; the Owner can object to this decision through our contact address.
10. Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time from the profile screen by confirming with the code sent to your email. At the moment of deletion your sessions and API tokens are closed and your subscription is cancelled. Your account and Artifacts are permanently deleted after 30 days. Details on deletion are in the Privacy Policy.
11. How the Service is provided
We try to provide the Service with reasonable care and current security practices. However, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”: we do not promise that it will run uninterrupted or error-free, or that it is fit for a particular purpose. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for reasons of maintenance, security or infrastructure providers.
The rights of users acting as consumers relating to defective services under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, and their other mandatory rights, are reserved; this section does not restrict those rights.
12. Liability
You are responsible for your own content, your sharing settings, and the responses produced by your Agent and the AI provider you choose.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Service (for example loss of profit, or loss of business resulting from loss of data). For users who are not consumers, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid to us in the 12 months before the date the claim arose.
These limitations do not apply to damages arising from intent or gross negligence, to damages to life and bodily integrity, to damages arising from unlawful processing of personal data, or to consumers’ statutory rights that cannot be waived by contract.
13. Enterprise integrations
An organization may connect the Service to its own product and create Artifacts on behalf of its own users. In that case the relationship between the organization and its users is subject to the organization’s own terms; the Service’s role with respect to these users is described in the Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms because of changes to the Service or to legislation. We publish the current text on this page together with its effective date. We announce updates that materially change your rights or obligations, before they take effect, by notifying your account email address and publishing them on this page. If you do not accept a change, you can cancel your subscription or delete your account before the effective date. Price changes do not affect a period that has already been paid for.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Turkish law. If you act as a consumer, the protection afforded to you by the mandatory provisions of the country of your habitual residence is reserved (Law No. 5718 on Private International and Procedural Law, art. 26).
Consumers may apply to the consumer arbitration committee at their place of residence or where the transaction was made for disputes below the monetary threshold announced each year by the Ministry of Trade (Law No. 6502, art. 68); for disputes above that threshold, they may apply to the consumer court at their place of residence (art. 73), first applying to a mediator in the cases provided by law (art. 73/A). Consumers’ right to apply to Turkish courts cannot be removed by contract (Law No. 5718, art. 45 and 47/2).
The competent court for disputes with users who are not consumers is to be added to this text.
16. Contact
You can send questions about these terms to support@blinkbrosai.com or to the postal address above.
