Pre-Contractual Information Form and Distance Sales Agreement · Effective date: 23 October 2026
This English version is provided for information only; the Turkish text is binding.
This page has two parts. Part one is the Pre-Contractual Information Form, which explains what you need to know before starting a paid subscription (Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, art. 48/2; Distance Contracts Regulation, art. 5; Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, art. 3). Part two is the Distance Sales Agreement concluded by subscribing. The Pre-Contractual Information Form is an integral part of the agreement.
The seller is established outside Turkey. Turkish law applies to this agreement; accordingly, users who start a subscription as consumers in Turkey benefit from the mandatory provisions of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. Even if no choice of law had been made, the minimum protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of the consumer’s habitual residence would be preserved (Law No. 5718 on Private International and Procedural Law, art. 26). No provision in this text may be interpreted so as to narrow this protection.

2. Main characteristics of the service
blink artifacts is an online service that lets you connect your AI command-line tools (such as Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot CLI, Antigravity) through MCP to publish and share Artifacts of the HTML, Docs, Slides, Design, Dashboard and Design System types, edit them live together, write comments, and ask the Agent questions through an Artifact. No AI model runs on the Service’s servers; responses are produced by the user’s own Agent.
The free plan includes at most 3 active Artifacts at the same time. This limit does not apply to the paid subscription. When the free plan limit is reached, new Artifacts cannot be created; existing ones can still be edited. When the subscription ends and there are more than 3 active Artifacts, editing is disabled until the subscription is renewed or active Artifacts are reduced to 3; Artifacts remain viewable in read-only mode.
3. Price and payment
- The subscription is offered with monthly or yearly billing. The monthly plan costs USD 5 per month and the yearly plan costs USD 48 per year. You choose the plan in the application before going to the payment page. Tax information is to be added to this text.
- The fees stated do not include taxes. Applicable taxes are calculated based on the billing address you enter on the payment page and are added to the fee at payment. You see the total amount including taxes on Stripe’s payment page before you confirm the payment.
- Payment is taken by credit or debit card on Stripe’s payment page. Your card details do not reach the seller.
- The fee is charged in US dollars. The bank that issued your card may pass on currency conversion or foreign transaction fees; these fees are not part of the amount charged by the seller and are subject to your bank’s terms.
- No additional charge is made for use of the means of distance communication. No deposit or other financial guarantee is required.
4. Trial period, performance and renewal
- The subscription starts with a free 7-day trial that requires a card. The trial is granted once per user; if you have used a trial before, the subscription is paid from the first day.
- The Service is made available to you in electronic form at the moment you start the subscription.
- At the end of the trial period, unless you cancel before the trial ends, the first period fee of the plan you chose (one month’s fee on the monthly plan, one year’s fee on the yearly plan) is charged to your registered card. The subscription then renews automatically every month or every year, depending on the plan you chose, until you cancel, and the fee for each period is charged at the beginning of that period.
5. Steps to conclude the agreement
- Sign in to the Service with the code sent to your email address.
- Before starting the subscription in the application, tick the two mandatory checkboxes: “I have read and approve the Pre-Contractual Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement.” and “I accept that the subscription starts immediately; I know that, because the service is performed instantly in electronic form, I have no right of withdrawal.” The text in the first checkbox links to this page. The subscription cannot be started without ticking both boxes; the time of approval and the version of the text you approved are recorded.
- You are redirected to Stripe’s payment page. Before confirming, you see the total amount including taxes and the information you entered, and you can correct any errors.
- The agreement is concluded when you confirm the payment. When payment is completed, the Pre-Contractual Information Form and this agreement are sent by email to your account’s email address; the text is also always accessible on this page.
6. Right of withdrawal
- In distance contracts, a consumer can, as a rule, withdraw within 14 days from the day the contract is concluded without giving any reason (Law No. 6502, art. 48/4; Regulation, art. 9). However, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in contracts for services performed instantly in electronic form (Regulation, art. 15/1-ğ).
- The blink artifacts subscription is a service made available to you in electronic form at the moment you confirm the payment. By giving the two approvals in clause 5 before starting the subscription, you accept that the subscription starts immediately and declare that you know you have no right of withdrawal. There is no right of withdrawal in an agreement concluded with these approvals.
- Relationship with the trial period: the 7-day trial with a card is free. If you cancel the subscription from the Stripe Customer Portal during the trial period, no fee is charged. If you do not cancel, the first period fee of the plan you chose is charged at the end of the trial; there is no right of withdrawal for this fee and the fees of later periods either. If you have used a trial before, the subscription is paid from the first day.
- The absence of a right of withdrawal does not affect your rights under Law No. 6502 in case of a defective service or your right of cancellation below.
7. Cancellation
Regardless of the withdrawal period, you can cancel your subscription at any time from the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the paid period (the month on the monthly plan, the year on the yearly plan). Cancellation does not automatically give rise to a refund of the fee for the paid period; your statutory rights are reserved.
8. Compatibility and technical requirements
A current web browser is sufficient to use the Service. To publish Artifacts you need an AI command-line tool that supports MCP. The own terms and any fees of these tools and of the AI providers they use are outside this agreement. The Service applies no technical protection measure such as copy protection to your content; access to the content is limited only by your sharing settings.
9. Complaints and dispute resolution
You can send your complaints to support@blinkbrosai.com. In case of a dispute, for disputes below the monetary threshold announced each year by the Ministry of Trade you can apply to the consumer arbitration committee at your place of residence or where you made the transaction (Law No. 6502, art. 68); for disputes above that threshold, you can apply to the consumer court (art. 73), after applying to a mediator in the cases provided by law (art. 73/A).
10. Personal data
The personal data processed during the subscription process is explained in the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Disclosure Notice.
Part two: Distance Sales Agreement
Article 1. Parties
Seller: BlinkBros Technology Ltd., whose details are in clause 1 of part one.
Buyer: the owner of the account that starts the paid subscription on the Service. The buyer’s contact address is the email address registered to their account.
Article 2. Subject
The subject of this agreement is the sale and performance, in electronic form, of the monthly or yearly paid subscription to the blink artifacts service. Use of the Service is also subject to the Terms of Use; where the two texts conflict, the provision in favour of the buyer applies.
Article 3. Conclusion of the agreement
The agreement is concluded when the buyer, having given the two approvals described in clause 5 of part one, confirms the payment on the Stripe payment page. The time of the approvals and the version of the approved text are recorded.
Article 4. Price, payment and renewal
The price, payment method, trial period and automatic renewal are as stated in clauses 3 and 4 of part one. If the seller changes the price, the new price does not affect a period that has already been paid for and applies only to periods starting after the change has been notified to the email address registered to the buyer’s account and published on this page. A buyer who does not accept the new price can cancel the subscription before renewal.
Article 5. Performance
From the moment the subscription starts, the seller makes the paid plan features of the Service available to the buyer and provides them for the duration of the subscription. How the Service is provided and the conditions for suspension are governed by the Terms of Use.
Article 6. Right of withdrawal
Because the agreement concerns a service performed instantly in electronic form and the buyer has expressly approved that the subscription starts immediately, the buyer has no right of withdrawal (Distance Contracts Regulation, art. 15/1-ğ). No fee is charged to a buyer who cancels the subscription during the trial period. Statutory rights concerning defective services are reserved. Details are in clause 6 of part one.
Article 7. Termination
The subscription ends at the end of the paid period upon the buyer’s cancellation, or upon the buyer deleting their account. When the account is deleted, the subscription is cancelled immediately. When the subscription ends, the account returns to the free plan; creating new Artifacts and editing beyond the free plan limit is disabled, and existing Artifacts remain read-only.
Article 8. Retention of the agreement
The Pre-Contractual Information Form and this agreement are sent by email to the email address registered to the buyer’s account when payment is completed; the buyer can keep this email. The current text of the agreement is also always accessible on this page.
Article 9. Governing law and competent authorities
Turkish law applies to this agreement. In disputes the buyer can apply to the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts mentioned in clause 9 of part one; consumer cases can also be brought before the consumer court at the buyer’s place of residence (Law No. 6502, art. 73/5). In consumer contracts, the jurisdiction of Turkish courts cannot be removed by agreement of the parties (Law No. 5718, art. 45 and 47/2).
Article 10. Entry into force
The buyer accepts that they have read this agreement and the Pre-Contractual Information Form before confirming the payment.
